1. Present website (hereinafter — the «Site»), is owned and operated by FTC Consulting AG, having its registered address at Ifangstrasse 10, CH-8302, Kloten, Switzerland (hereinafter — «FTC»);

      (b) use or access our Site or mobile apps (if any), particularly when completing the «passenger details» section during the course of a booking, even if you do not complete the booking;

      • Know-Your-Client procedure

        FTC uses your Personal data for the purposes of verification of your identity when you access and use our services and to ensure the security of your personal information. We also perform Know-Your-Client procedure to assess potential illegal risks (if any) in performing the services necessary for you and comply with our contractual obligations.

      • Awareness

        FTC processes your Personal data in order to provide the services, which you require (based on our contractual relationship).

        FTC constantly analysis information on how you use our services to provide an improved experience for our clients. It is our contractual and business practice to understand any issues with our services (if any) in order to improve it.

      • Our group companies

        FTC may disclose Personal data to any member of our group companies (i.e. our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company(-ies) and all its subsidiaries) insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes of the Policy and if required by the law.

      • Service providers and business partners

        FTC may disclose your Personal data (on a selective basis) to selected third party suppliers of goods and services for the purpose of enabling them to perform the necessary services, prescribed by you, their contacting you so that they can offer, market and sell to you relevant goods and/or services.

    1. Your Personal data which we process for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes.

    2. FTC shall retain your Personal data as follows:

      • Your Personal data related to financial and tax data (if provided) for the purpose of compliance with tax regulations shall be retained for the period specified by applicable laws and regulation (if any);

      • Your Personal data related to your contract with FTC, services shall be retained as long as such contract is in force or services and in accordance with the provisions of such contract under which any services are provided.

      • Any Personal data related to marketing data shall be retained for a period of contract with FTC and time required for achievement of the contract objectives and services

      • Any Personal data necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims (if any), shall be retained only if such claims can be clearly articulated and defined and until such claims are finally resolved or expire under relevant laws.


    1. FTC implements physical, technical, and organizational security measures designed to safeguard the Personal data we process through the provision of services. These measures are aimed at providing on-going integrity and confidentiality for your Personal data.

    2. The measures, set forth in clause 7.1. are as follows:
      - firewall on public network
      - antiviruses
      - passwords (at least 8 symbols)
      - software to prevent unauthorized data copying

    3. It should be noted that no physical, technical, and organizational security measures can guarantee absolute and complete security of your Personal data.


    1. You are granted by the applicable laws with the rights over your Personal data, which we process, that may include:

      (a) the right to access;
      (b) the right to rectification;
      (c) the right to erasure
      (d) the right to restrict processing;
      (e) the right to object to processing;
      (f) the right to data portability;
      (g) the right to complain to a supervisory authority
      (h) the right to withdraw consent
